Coffee

By infusion, do you mean like a French press? We do the cheap version of that - pour the boiling water over the grounds in a small pot, let them steep 5-6 minutes, then pour the whole thing through a coffee filter. It tastes amazing, and takes less coffee since it has more time to get the flavor out. Also, fresh-ground makes *such* a difference...
