Got to remember to start doing this earlier/more consistently.
I just sent out an email to the newsletter subscribers. My brainwave about being flexible with the dates didn't go quite far enough... wrapping up a newsletter on the chapter day that gives me the least lead time (the 1st of the month) isn't actually an improvement over wrapping it on Kin & Distant Relations day. The answer to the question "When to do do the newsletter." is "The day that nothing else is going on." So it'll be the 2nd. I was planning on doing it on the 31st of long months and the 2nd following short months, but now that I'm thinking about it I don't know why I'm not doing it on the 2nd every month.
That helps my lead time issue for the 1st.
I should explain what I'm doing more often. It helps me see the problems with it.
STATE OF THE ME
Knees have been capricious as all get out. I blame the weather. I also slept incredibly little/poorly last night, but I wasn't running a deficit before so I'm not really feeling it too badly.
DREAMS FROM LAST NIGHT
None as such.
PLANS FOR TODAY
Chapter. After this, I'm out of the hole and can start building steam.
