I've been making more philosophical posts about A Wilder World lately because Wiscon triggered a lot of thinking about what I'm doing... not re-thinking in the sense of scrapping stuff and starting over again, but hearing something that makes me think about what I'm doing and why and going, "Hey, yes, that's exactly right." When you shift from doing something because it feels right to understanding what's right about it, you can make little course corrections.
The conversation on the warrior/rogue post also helped me refine my thinking a little bit, in putting me in a position to defend my ideas. The problem is that it also shifted my mindset a bit from creative to defensive. I know there are people who aren't going to get what I'm doing. I know there are people who are going to prefer the D&D way of doing things because it's familiar. I can't make the game by preaching to these people about why my way works.
Anyway, there are some exciting things happening at Chez Jack's, as he's gearing up to start his crafty business. More on that when there's more on that.

Plans For Today
Going to try to have tomorrow's chapter of Tales of MU basically finished this afternoon so it just needs polish tomorrow.
