[8/12/2010 10:13:01 PM] Alexandra Erin: The Dimensional Marauder, responding to Optima's clear threat, lashes out with its whip-like tail at her ankles (tail whip, 15 vs. Reflex). She falls prone. It then snaps its bizarre maw at her fallen form (bite, 19 vs. AC), though her warrior reflexes help her avoid the worst of it. (6 damage).

[8/12/2010 10:14:08 PM] Gallifreya: Gallifreya moves with surpising burst of speed even as she pulls a few vials out of her varouis pockets and began combining them,just as she finishes mixing them she throws the entire concotion onto Harlan ( Curative admixture target regains hit points equal to it's healing surge +3). Then she turns and looks toward the maurders last know spot "It would be easier to capture the beast if one of you could disrupt it's mental abilty to phase shift. Some sort of attack that causes one to lose concertation or even gives a good blinding headache"

[8/12/2010 10:23:06 PM] Janus: The fire causing him to see red for a moment, Janus shifts into the form of a large cougar and charges at the maurauder. He pounces on top of it and bites it repeatedly. Then he springs backwards. (wild shape, move, Darting bite 23 vs. reflex, 10 damage)

He walks over to Lady Scarlet, hands her the herb-rock and says “If you can get it into its mouth, we should get our cockatrice” (Directing the strike against the Marauder and spending an action point) ( And I’m done)

[8/12/2010 10:31:19 PM] Alexandra Erin: Anyway... as if the moment weren't dramatic enough, the skies darken and there's a crack of thundre and a swirling wind. At first you think something is happening with the dimensional rift... and in fact, it seems to grow a touch wider. But then the winds drop Toben, your missing Eldarin... casual acquaintance... right in the midst of the fray (near the Marauder, not adjacent).

[8/12/2010 10:45:39 PM] Lady Scarlet: Scarlet dashes forward, shadows following in her wake. With a glare, the Marauder once more seems to lose a bit of color. (Assassin's Shroud). When she is in range of the Marauder, she slashes through the air with her sword, sending shards of shadows at the beast. Each shard brings feelings of unease and terror, but only fleetingly so. The monster on the other hand reacts as if Hell itself were fast approaching.(Nightmare Shades, 25 vs. Will. 12 psychic/fear damage)
"Freya, did you mean attack it with something like that?"

[8/12/2010 11:04:19 PM] Alexandra Erin: It lets out a shriek like a thousand rusty hacksaws on a metal bar, and teleports another fifteen feet away. The messy remains of the cockatrice come sliding out of its throat as it solidifies, and it immediately takes off running for the exit to the quarry with unearthly speed you can't hope to match. (run, 8 speed +2, action point, run, 8 speed+2).

[8/12/2010 11:09:38 PM] Gallifreya: Gallifreya to get a good line of sight on the spider ( move to at be at least range 10) takes out a small strip of spiked wire and throws it to the ground at the spiders feet then points her rod at the wire. The rod's tip begians to glow and emite a high picthed hum. the wire begins to grow like a vine attempting to snare the beast. ( spike wire 6 vs Fort force dmg Untill end of my next turn any attack deals +3 dmg) ( and thats what i get for trying to attack)
