Sep. 15th, 2011 11:41 amNews For Today
It's day 3 of the cycle, so this is going to primarily be a writing day. I never did find a beginning yesterday that suited me, realizing late in the day that I was writing a conversation that belongs in a later chapter. So at least it won't go to waste.
It's newsletter day! Though it will probably actually be newsletter night. I think there might be a plan to go to a movie this evening; I'm not sure.
State of the Me
Little groggy. I'm still in an insomnia streak, but the time-release melatonin is doing an okay job of keeping my brain in sleep mode through the night. Even when I get to sleep late (as I did last night) and wake up in the middle of the night (ditto), my brain and body stay in "Okay, it's time to shut down." mode.
Dreams From Last Night
The only one I remember clearly is an alternate universe where Marvel characters are real and DC comics are published; I was watching the DVD extras on a Green Lantern movie made on the cheap by hiring a cash-strapped Reed Richards to play Hal Jordan. He just stretched out his hand and they made it green and glowing in post production.
Plans For Today
Write, finish and send out the newsletter.
