So, I decided to send the newsletter out tomorrow after looking at it yesterday and feeling it's not quite ready. This also gets it back on the weekend track. When I announced the "about weekly" schedule, the whole idea was that if a week passed and I didn't have a newsletter finished it wouldn't be a big deal, it would just become the next week's. In trying to make sure that every week has a newsletter, I just end up pushing other things back to send out short missives that don't contain much information or entertainment.
The State of the Me
It continues to be quite warm, though not as much as it was a few days ago. It's more of a problem at night when I'm trying to sleep than during the day. I am coming to the conclusion that the air conditioning here doesn't work, until yesterday I'd thought it was turned off for reasons of economy and the vent fan was just on for circulation, since the air coming out of the vents isn't noticeably cooled (or conditioned). But apparently it's been running the whole time and not making a dent in the thermostat.
Plans For Today
Getting a good chunk of Saturday's Tales of MU out of the way, improving the newsletter. Also just resting a bit.
