Mwahahahahaha. At a completely random moment, after not having given it a conscious thought in days, I have realized how to move the story in The 3 Seas forward from where it is to where it needs to be. I'm upgrading the Wordpress installation on its site and switching it over to the standard design now.

Once the story's a little further along and I won't be spoiling anything, I'll explain where I had the problem and what I changed to solve it, because it might be a useful bit of insight for writers in similar straits. The abstract version is that I didn't see a clear path between two points and so I was trying to construct a chain of events that would bridge them, and now I see I don't actually need as much as I thought I did. All of this is prologue and should be disposed of quickly.

Congratulations! I look forward to it. I think we could all use some nicely buckled swashes.

Thought you might like this.

Can you put it back at the top of the site or listed under other works?
