The Daily Report
Tumblr's incremental "improvements" to their backend interface reached a point where they stymied my updating of The One Called Wander this week. I've got a workaround in place, but the fact that they might plug the hole it uses is weighing on my mind. The whole model only works when I can do steady, regular updates and I chose Tumblr in part because it was lower than low maintenance. If they don't do anything else I will still probably keep it in place on Tumblr through the end of the first story. If Tumblr somehow improves in the meantime I might keep it there. Otherwise I'll probably be moving it here to Dreamwidth (in its own blog, obviously).
The State of the Me
Doing okay.
Plans For Today
Working on a newsletter that probably won't go out until this weekend, meaning no newsletter for the calendar month of February. I'm going to date it February 30th or 31st, though, dependingon when it goes out, just so my internal task-accomplishment-tracker doesn't convince itself we've done a March newsletter.
