Some notes.

I've had some more fun with my apartment complex... nothing major, but annoying and distracting and pretty much the reason I've chosen to work nights this week after working so hard to get my sleep schedule on track. The thing is I know how to do it now, so I can do it again. :P I'm having a pretty productive night, all things considered. It's quite a bit cooler, among other things.
My email... I've fixed the client-side problem, but now I'm finding out there may be something wonky on the server side. Simply put I don't think I'm getting everything that's being sent to me. I have some specific examples of emails friends sent, and test emails. It was just pointed out to me that my email host also offers the option of sourcing it through Gmail, which I think I'm going to do. Not getting email notices for the sponsor lists makes it hard to keep them updated.
s00j has released another track for the online Palimpsest album: "Girl With The Lion's Tale". It's the song I first heard a few weeks back when she passed through Omaha. It's quite a good listen.
This was brought to my attention:
It has nothing to do with anything but is hilarious.
I've got a feeling I'm forgetting some stuff, but I'm on a weird sleep schedule. :P I'll post more later after I've rested. Anyway, got to go write Void Dogs.

on 2009-06-02 10:01 pm (UTC)I suppose Google might have a better spam filter than anything that was available around the turn of the century, though.

on 2009-06-03 05:44 pm (UTC)also... maybe you could post a blog with instructions on how to raise my monthly donation? i started out with a small amount, and i feel like i might be interested in raising it. i don't know how though, and i don't feel like i know if it's necessary, either.

on 2009-06-03 05:49 pm (UTC)Silly, I know. But knowing somebody's asked makes me feel better about it, so thanks. I'll make my blog post tomorrow include that information, but just so you know for now: creating a new sponsorship does not remove the old one, which means you can either make a separate new one (some people are sponsoring two stories, for instance) or you can cancel the old one and then buy a higher level of sponsorship. I'll include step-by-step instructions on how to cancel the old one in my blog post tomorrow... I know vaguely where it is inside the Paypal account, but it's been a while.
