Whoo... I really wish the weather would have waited a few more days to turn fine. It's close to 80 degrees in the apartment and the air conditioner doesn't appear to be working (we haven't had a year yet where it didn't require some tinkering of some kind to get working after winter. Thank God it's not going to be my problem much longer.) Risk of heatstroke is part and parcel of my condition... I have to keep taking breaks to avoid overheating, to say nothing of just plain exhaustion. Right now I'm chilling (literally) in my room with the lights out, the window open, and an ice pack on my neck.

Shopping list for this weekend:

Floor lamps.
Folding table.
Futon.
Wireless USB adapter for my desktop computer.
A rollaway closet/wardrobe thingy.

So, I finished my course of antibiotics today. Yesterday went great in terms of pain and okay (not quite as well as I'd expected) in terms of energy, but I have got to get cracking on packing because moving day is this Saturday. The good news is that I'm basically just packing up one room. The bad news is that one room is very cramped full of things. Oh, well. At least a lot of my books and such are already in plastic storage tubs. It's possible that this would be a one day job if I waited a couple more days to get my energy levels back up, but it would kind of suck to have the truck pull up on Saturday if that proved not to be the case so I'm going to start slow and steady now.
